If you're an Individual working through or healing from trauma, anyone with experience of low mood or anxiety disorders or neurodivergent our space if perfect for you.
What to Expect
Guided by Charlotte, a practising CBT and mental health therapist, sessions go beyond traditional therapy. Charlotte's expertise ensures you are guided and supported in discovering new ways to heal, cope, and grow using her ten years of experience.
Whether you're working through bereavement, managing anxiety, or simply looking for reduced stress, anxiety or the feeling of being isolated, the therapeutic use of flowers provides a gentle yet powerful medium for personal transformation.
